RC Speed Run: GPS Leaderboard3.0.11 - App Store

Publisher Description
How fast is your RC car, really? Log the run, add your proof, and find out exactly where you stand.
RC Speed Run is the leaderboard for RC top-speed runs. Enter your best speed in mph or km/h, record the setup that got you there, and see your rank against drivers around the world.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Log a run in under a minute. Speed, date, and your car - that's all it takes to get on the board.
- Save the full setup: motor and Kv, gearing (pinion, spur, FDR), battery and cell count, tires, and notes.
- Add photo or video proof. Runs over 50 mph need a GPS photo or video to rank, so the board stays honest.
- See three leaderboards at once: global, your country, and your car's class.
- Watch your personal best climb over time, run by run.
- Share a run or a whole leaderboard with your crew, or keep your log private. Sharing is always your choice.
HOW IT WORKS
You measure the run however you already do it - a GPS speed meter, a phone GPS app, or a radar gun. RC Speed Run is where you record it, prove it, and compare it. The app does not measure speed for you.
WHO IT'S FOR
Speed-run cars chasing the 100 mph club. Bashers who want to know what their car really does. No-prep drag racers and street-speed builds. Anyone who has ever been asked "how fast does it go?" and wanted a real answer instead of a guess.
WHAT'S ON THE BOARD RIGHT NOW
Over 1,600 runs logged from 23 countries. The fastest on record is 224 mph. See how close you can get.
Free to use. No account is needed to browse the leaderboards, runs, and driver profiles.

Version History Slow runs are about to count. We're opening the Up to 2S board down to 30 mph, and when you log a run under 50 the app now asks one quick question about your battery so the run is ready for it. Under 30 mph it simply records your personal best, with no nagging for proof.
Signing in got simpler: an emailed code is now the only way in, on every device.
A fresh look on launch, plus a fix to the "add your email" screen so a bad connection can no longer tell you a good code was wrong. 3.0.11 Aug 26 Signing in is more forgiving. If a code keeps getting rejected, the app now tells you plainly and points you at the two things that actually work - a fresh code, or a different email - instead of repeating the same message every time.
The "send a new code" button now always waits a sensible moment before it re-arms, including when you have no connection. Tapping it over and over can no longer lock you out of your own sign-in. 3.0.10 Aug 20 Set a personal best and the app now says so. If your run is your fastest yet — or your car's best — you'll see it celebrated even when the run isn't on the boards yet, along with what to add to get it ranked. Before, those runs just said "run logged".
Claiming runs from the old app is clearer too. The old-name box no longer starts filled in with your current name, describing one of your old runs is now required (that's what we match on), and we'll email you either way once we've looked. 3.0.9 Aug 10 Two sign-in fixes. Tapping "Verify & sign in" with an empty box no longer tells you your code was wrong — it just waits until you've typed one. And if you mistype a digit, the app now tells you to check the code, instead of saying it expired and sending you off for a new one — which used to cancel the code you already had. 3.0.8 Aug 1 Sharing a run now actually says something. Instead of a bare link, your share carries the brag — your speed, your car, and your rank if you took one. Country leaderboards can be shared too, so you can point your local crew at the board you're on. Signing in is clearer as well: if your code has expired, the app now says so and points you at a new one, instead of telling you to re-check a code that could never work. 3.0.7 Jul 29 Signing in is more reliable. If the app can't send your code, it now tells you what to do about it in plain English instead of showing a technical error. The "send a new code" timer matches how soon a new code can actually go out, so resending works the first time you tap it. And typos in your email address get caught before you're left waiting for a code that was never coming. 3.0.6 Jul 27 Signing in is smoother. If your 6-digit code doesn't arrive, you can now send a new one without starting over — no need to retype your email. The code screen also tells you what to expect and reminds you to check your spam folder. 3.0.5 Jul 26 Your runs count for more. Every run now tells you when it's your fastest yet — not just the ones quick enough for the leaderboards. YouTube Shorts links work as proof. Runs are filed under the country on your profile, so you land on the right board. And "someone beat your record" alerts can now be switched on or off in Settings, and tap straight through to the board. 3.0.4 Jul 23 Faster first run. Logging a run now takes just your car and a speed — one tap and you're on the board. Photo/video proof is optional and tucked one tap away for when you want to rank. New drivers get a clearer nudge to log their first run right after setting up a car. 3.0.3 Jul 15 • Report or block comments to keep the leaderboards friendly
• Reclaim your runs and cars from a previous account, right from Settings
• A smoother first run, with notification and rating prompts that show up at better moments
• Bug fixes and performance improvements 3.0.2 Jul 11 Logging your first run is faster now. Add your car and you go straight to logging — just punch in your speed and you're on the board. Setup specs and proof are clearly optional (they're only for ranking on the leaderboards), so nothing gets in the way of recording a run. Plus sharing and run-detail polish. 3.0.1 Jun 26 RC Speed Run is rebuilt and faster. Track your top-speed runs, climb the global leaderboards, and see how you rank by car and by country. Your runs and cars carry over automatically.
